Hello,
I would like to highly recommend Dushez Kosher Catering, Inc.
Yoel and Galit catered my sons Bar Mitzvah Celebration at Temple
Emanuel on 5/27/06 for about 115 people. It was a resounding success.
I cannot praise Yoel, Galit and their staff enough. I will be forever
grateful
for them having helped make this day among the best in my life.
Food- Their cooking is superb. We had quite an exotic, international
menu, and they rose to the challenge. We have had many comments that
their food was as delicious as it gets. Their head chef is a master of his
trade. The food far exceeded our expectations. I would rate the quality
like a five star, fine dining experience, at a top notch restaurant!
Price- Dushez was very reasonably priced. They even included more
food and selections than we had initially spoken about, and were willing
to work within our budget. They did not haggle, nor nickel-and dime.
They were straightforward, honest, and all costs were laid out from the
start. Other caterers charged much more, and required more staff at
an additional cost.
Work Ethic- They are professional, exceedingly kind, and will do just
about anything for customer satisfaction. They worked extremely hard,
and realized the importance of the simcha. It was such a pleasure to have
them cater the Bar Mitzvah. Galit and Yoel are easy going, and extremely
hard working (the best possible combination you could want for a catered event).
Display- The food was plated beautifully. They paid keen attention to
detail.
Above and Beyond- They accomodated all my requests with a lovely
smile, and lots of elbow grease. I wish them much much success in
their career. I give Dushez Kosher Catering, Inc. the highest
recommendation.
